About Us

The Denettes are a fishing family that cut our teeth on Yellowfin Tuna in the Pacific Ocean. We proudly owned 

3 Coast Guard Certified Passenger Vessels. 65' Maximus, 75' Poseidon and 80' Constitution. We would 

take anglers out for 2-5 day trips and caught yellowfin tuna over 400lbs. We fished for Bluefin tuna, Yellowfin tuna, Wahoo,

yellowtail, dorado and many other types of fish for over 39 years. Nicole has ran the office in charge of logistics

which included boart part orders, payroll, in charge of employees and charter contracts. Our son Hunter was one of the youngest USCG 100 Ton Captains that targeted tuna off the coastal waters of the Pacific and operated the "Poseidon" He currently is a guide at Lake Buchanan, Texas where he targets Striped Bass for his clients over 200 trips a season. He is also in charge installing electronics and rigging boats. Our daughter Isabella takes care of our websites, social media and has her own Bakery Business "Bonnie's Bakery" in Liberty Hill. Keith Denette aka "Dad" has been working on charter boats 250-300 days a year for 39 years. He spent 20 years running private yachts from California to Mag Bay, Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. He spent 19 years in Puerto Vallarta catching over 1000 Giant yellowfin tuna from 200lbs to 413lbs. He currently holds 2 IGFA World Records for Calico Bass and Halibut. Capt. Keith is the President of Liberty Marine and is in charge of installation of electronics and Boat sales and service.

 

Our Family lives in Liberty Hill, Texas and enjoys fishing for Largemouth Bass and Striped Bass in our Hill Country Lakes and is responsible in creating "Texas War Heros" that takes Active Military and Veterans fishing and hunting in Texas.
